All products sold by Bethmafra Limited are digital ebooks delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital content, all sales are final, and we do not offer refunds or returns once an ebook has been downloaded or accessed.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered only under the following circumstances:

  • Duplicate purchase of the same ebook
  • Technical issues that prevent access to the ebook and cannot be resolved by our support team
  • Incorrect charge due to billing error

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
